Most good leaders don’t tell people what to do. They empower people to do their job.
Nim Stant: Hi everyone and welcome to Global Thought Leaders TV. I’m your host, Nim Stant. Today, I have the pleasure of introducing our guest, Sir James Gray Robinson. Welcome to the show.
Sir James Gray Robinson: Thank you. It’s a pleasure to be here.
Nim Stant: You’re not only a best-selling author but also a powerful speaker. Can you share with us the driving mission behind your work?
Sir James Gray Robinson: My mission is to help people release their fears, stop judging themselves, and recognize how truly powerful and divine they are. Everyone has a purpose, and when we step into that awareness, everything changes.
Nim Stant: You wrote a chapter in Impact Leaders. What was the main message you wanted readers to walk away with?
Sir James Gray Robinson: That you’re never too old, too broken, or too lost to live a life of purpose. I had a very successful legal career for 27 years, but it left me feeling empty. I went through a lot of personal healing and transformation, and now I help others do the same.
Nim Stant: Many people are afraid to start over. What would you say to someone stuck in a career or life they don’t love?
Sir James Gray Robinson: It’s never too late to change your life. The hardest part is making the decision to try. Once you commit, everything begins to align. Trust that you’re being guided. It’s okay to reinvent yourself.
Nim Stant: You speak about healing and forgiveness. What does that look like in your work?
Sir James Gray Robinson: I help people understand that trauma and pain don’t define them. Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting or approving what happened, but releasing the grip it has on your life. Healing starts with awareness and continues through daily intention and self-love.
Nim Stant: That’s such an important message. What’s next for you?
Sir James Gray Robinson: I’m continuing my work as a speaker, healer, and author. My goal is to reach as many people as possible with this message of hope, transformation, and inner power.
Nim Stant: Thank you so much for being here and for sharing your wisdom with us.
Sir James Gray Robinson: Thank you for having me. It’s been a joy.
